How a lesson feels
A lesson is a game you can’t zone out of
Example lessonSpark
Reading once isn’t remembering.
Most of a book fades unless you pull it back out of your head.
Guess
What helps you remember a book more?
- Reading it again
- Quizzing yourself on it
Exactly!
Pulling an idea out of your head makes it stick better than reading it twice.
The takeaway
Quiz yourself. Don’t re-read.
